Aside from shipping be a poorly orchestrated affair that I had to go in personally and push to get done, the strore has done NOTHING to help any of us who have recieved ill-fitting products. So much for customer service! My advice, if you're after decent post purchase care stay away from (Not so) Great Ocean (Mis) Adventures. For that matter, if Stuart's fins are in, that should free up my second pair of Ala's, which are Mens 9-10.
